In 2009/2010, I was in a noise/sludge/punk band called DROSS based in NE Scotland, doing that Helmet/Unsane/Black Flag My War Side B thing, which didn't really get off the ground. A couple of tracks here (Puck of Gristle, Dogflesh, and a riff from Meat Grinder) originated old DROSS songs, with some alterations.
